Harry Glinberg provides a dependable and fully insured shipping service right to your doorstep, when and where you need them. Depending on order value and volume, your package will be shipped by either FedEx Overnight, FedEx 2Day, UPS Ground or USPS Registered Mail. Merchandise will arrive within one business day if in stock and within one week if ordered and requires your signature.
We can expedite your orders and process the delivery accordingly, or we can also ship your order to an address other than your home as a special gift to surprise your friends and loved ones. We urge all customers to inspect packages for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt.
For your convenience, Harry Glinberg accepts payments in the form of credit cards (Visa/MasterCard/Discover/American Express), certified checks or money orders, and wire transfer. All international orders must be prepaid in full with U.S. funds via cashier’s check drawn on a U.S. bank, via wire transfer or by credit card.

Please include your telephone number and/or email address as well as your order number, if you have one, so that we may contact you when we receive your check. We will also need the tracking number for the transfer and your originating bank’s account number as well as their name and telephone number.
If you have further questions regarding international orders, please call us. Please note that international orders are subject to additional handling charges, higher shipping rates and applicable customs, import duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. The customer will be charged for these fees prior to shipment. Harry Glinberg will use its best efforts to calculate these fees in advance and inform the customer of the amount. However, any shortages in shipping, handling, or customs duty fees after merchandise has been shipped will be charged to the customer’s credit card or invoiced to the customer and collected by the carrier at the time of delivery of merchandise (C.O.D.). These fees are non-refundable in the event the merchandise is returned to Harry Glinberg. If you are not happy with our product, we will refund you the purchase price of the product, provided we are notified and the product returned to us is in its original condition together with the invoice and packaging within 30 days of receipt by you. This guarantee is for your satisfaction with the quality of our product. It does not apply if you have changed your mind or your circumstances have changed and you no longer require the product.
Harry Glinberg reserves the right to refuse to refund to any customer the price of the product if the returned product is not in its original new and unused condition, if it is not returned within 30 days of receipt by the customer or if we have specially made the product at the customer’s request.
